من هذا المنطلق، يكشف الكتاب عن الأمراض التي يتسبب بها الإفراط في شرب الحليب، وكيف يكون سبباً في السرطانات بشتى الأنواع، كما يكشف عن مركبات يظن أنها غذائية لكنها في الحقيقة ليست أكثر من وبائيات تلوث الحليب، ويكشف في ذات الوقت أن الحليب ليس غذاء للجميع حتى الأطفال.
إن غاية الكتاب ليست الكشف عن تلك المساوئ لحليب المواشي بقدر ما هي وضع بدائل أفضل، وهذا ما عمل لأجل المؤلف إضافة إلى إظهار تجربة البعض ممن أصيبوا بأخطر الأمراض بسبب الحليب المعدل وراثياً، وشفيوا من خلال نظام غذائي جديد شكل بديلاً عن حليب المواشي، وقد ألقى الضوء على هذا البديل بشكل مفصل...
