ثالثاً: نحن جزء أساسي من هذا العالم - شئنا أم أبينا - وتمثل الليبرالية الجديدة الآن وجه العالم الأكثر إشراقاً والأعظم وعوداً. لذا يكون التساؤل ما جذور هذا الإشراق وما جدوى الوعود الخلابة؟
