هذا البحث الذي اقدمه انما هو من قبيل الالتزام بما ندعو اليه البحث عن عن موضوعات بكر ومباحث مبتكرة فلم أشا أن أولف كتابا في مقررات (أصول الفقه) على طول تدريسي لها.
وقد حاولت في هذا البحث ان اتتبع- معتمدا على الاستقراء- آراء الأصوليين في مسألة (العقل) وتحكيمه، واعتماده اصلا من الاصول التى تبنى عليها الاحكام، وقد انتهينا إلى انه لا يوجد بين الاصوليين من يقول بذلك لا من المعتزلة ولا من الشيعة خلافا لما شاع وتناقلته بعض الاقلام وخلافا لما ورد من بعض عبارات موهمة هنا أو هناك.
ولست ازعم ان هذا هو العمل الخالي من القصور وعلى حد تعبير أئمتنا السابقين عن مؤلفاتهم: " لا أبيعه بشرط البراءة ان يتفضل فيعلمني بها،
