"الرسالةُ الجامِعيَّةُ" جُزْءٌ منْ شَخصيَّةِ العالمِ والباحثِ والأستاذ الجامِعيِّ، وبها تكونُ مرحَلةُ التَّكْوينِ الأساسيِّ للبَحثِ العِلْميِّ، والإنطلاقِ نخوَ التَّنميةِ والتَّطويرِ، والمُساهَمةِ الفاعِلةِ في العُلومِ والحضارةِ.
تلكَ خطوةً مُهمَّةٌ، والخُطوةُ الأخرى هي إظهارُ هذهِ الرسالةِ في عالَم المطبوعاتِ، وعَدمُ إبقائِها حَبِيسةَ الأرفُفِ والمخُطوطات؛ إذ بِنشْرِها يَشيعُ العِلمُ المَكنُونُ فيها، ويَظهرُ اسمُ الباحثِ، ويبرُزُ جهدُهُ وإجتهادُه، فإنْ كانَ قدْ أَخلَصَ في عَملِه زادَهُ نشرُ هذا العَملِ قُوَّةً وعِلماً، وإنْ كانَ غيْرَ ذلكَ عَمِلَتُ مَعاوِلُ النَّقدِ عَمَلَها في رسالتِهِ، فَصَحَّتْ وصَوَّبتْ، وأَرشَدَتهُ لمكامِنِ الخَطأِ والخَطَلِ في عَملِه وبَحثِه.
وهذه السِّلْسِلةُ تُصدِرُها دارُ النَّوادرِ اللَّبنانيةُ لخدمةِ هذا الهدَفِ، ولإثراءِ هذا التَّوجُّهِ، سَائلين الله تعالى المعُونةَ في ذلكَ، وشاكِرِينَ كُلِّ باحثٍ تَوَاصَلَ معنا، وتَعاونَ مَعَ تَحكِيمِنا لِعَمَلِهِ، وصَبَر عَلى شُرُوطِنا في نَشرِهِ وطَبعِهِ.
