وقد نظر هؤلاء في مقالاتهم التي دبجوها في الصحف التي صدرت بعد الأنقلاب, وبعد أن رفعت الرقابة عن النشر, إلي الأنقلاب الدستوري علي أنه بمثابة ثورة فرنسية كبري ستغير في مصائر الدولة وتنقلها إلي مصاف الدول القوية والحديثة وسيحمل معه حلاً لكل ما تعانيه من ضعف ومشكلات.
كما أن كتاب "عبرة وذكري أو الدول العثمانية قبل الدستور وبعده", هو بمثابة مرآة للأفكار والتصورات والآمال لدي الجيل الذي شارك في صنع الأنقلاب.
