إن هذا البحث يطرح قناعة منهجية تتعلق بضرورة تلاقح المناهج (المفيدة) فى إطار فهم النص القرآنى، إذ يمثل هذا الجهد المتواضع محاولة لطرح موضوع الطلاق وفق نظرة تحاول ربط اللساني بالاجتماعي. إنه بحث يتعانق فيه اللغوي بالاجتماعي والفقهي والنفسى، لأوكد أن أخطر ما أنجزته علوم اللسان وعلم الدلالة واحد منها هو أنها حطمت كل الحدود الزائفة بين المعارف الإنسانية، وفتحت أفقا واسعا للبحث والتحليل والطرح وفق منهج العلم، وفى سبيل إضاءة الطريق لكل تائه وحائر يبحث عن الإجابة فى زمن فقد فيه الإجابة أهم معانيها وهو: الإقناع.
أما عن الإشكالية التى تأسس عليها الموضوع فهى فى مجلها تتركز حول سؤال جوهرى واحد: هل يمكن قراءة النص القرآنى وفق منهج لغوي جديد ينطلق مع وضع اللفظ ضمن إطاره الصرفي الاشتقاقي أولاً ومنه إلى الإطار السياقي؟
