الفصل الرابع: إنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية، يتناول هذا الفصل تهيئة الشاشة، وعرض نماذج توضح كيفية إنتاج برمجيات تعليمية بإستخدام البوربوينت والفيجوال بيسيك؛ الفصل الخامس: شبكة الإنترنت، يتناول هذا الفصل مراحل نشأة شبكة الإنترنت وتطورها، ومجالات إستخدامها، وكيفية البحث بإستخدام الإنترنت، والبريد الإلكتروني؛ الفصل السادس: إنشاء موقع الويب، يتناول هذا الفصل مفهوم الويب، والتحضير لإنشاء صفحات وموقع الويب، وطرق الحصول على موقع ويب مجاني، وتحميل الصفحات على موقع الويب.
