هذا كتاب فى تكنولوجيا الأداء البشرى، ويحمل العنوان التالى: حركة تكنولوجيا الأداء البشرى فى المنظمات: الأسس النظرية ودلالاتها فى البيئة الإدارية العربية المعاصرة.
فما هذه الحركة؟
هى حركة تعج بالنظريات والنماذج الفكرية، والأساليب والتدخلات التى تدور حول تحسين أداء الأفراد والجماعات والمنظمات، بإتباع منهجية علمية عملية مدورسة، وهى نظريات ونماذج فكرية وأساليب ترمى إلى تشخيص مشكلات الأداء البشرى فى المنظمات، ومعرفة مقدار الخلل بين المرغوب فيه والواقعى فى هذا الأداء وتحليل الأسباب، وإقتراح الحلول، وتنفيذ تلك الحلول، وتقييم ذلك كله، ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هذه الحلول قد تكون حلولاً تتناول الموارد البشرية أو التكنولوجيا أو المعلومات أو الأنظمة أو العمليات، ولا تقتصر على التدريب أو تنمية الموارد البشرية فحسب، كما هو الشائع غالباً، ومن هنا كانت هذه الحركة القديمة الجديدة حركة عريضة تتسع لكثير من المداخل والأساليب والممارسات.
ويتكون الكتاب من جزءين هما كالتالى: الجزء الأول "النظرية فى هذه الحركة"، الجزء الثانى "التطبيق".
ورغبة من الباحث فى أن يكون للكتاب طابع عملى ميدانى فإنه أعد ثلاث حالات إدارية قصيرة كتطبيق لمفاهيم تكنولوجيا الأداء البشرى، ورغبة منه أيضا فى أن يلقى الضوء - وبشكل موجز- على الحالات الإدارية وكيفية استخدامها فى الجلسات التدريبية أو الإستشارية، فإنه مهد لهذه الحالات بخلفية عن الحالات الإدارية وكيفية الاستخدام، ثم عزز هذا الجزء بتقنيات حديثة أى تمارين واستبانات وأدوات تعالج قضايا ومسائل فى تكنولوجيا الأداء البشرى، فأعد اثنى عشر تمرينا واستبانة وأداة، وقدم لها بخلفية وكيفية الاستخدام كشأن الحالات الإدارية.
ولكنا أمل أن تمكن هذه الحالات والتقنيات الحديثة (اى التمارين والاستبانات والأداوت) الدارس والمدرب أو المستشار أو المدير من الوقوف على أرض الواقع الصلبة بعد أن عرضنا للنظرية فى الجزء الأول.
