يحتوي هذا الكتاب على الموسوعة الشاملة لحياة محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وجهاده، والرد على تقولات المستشرقين والليبراليين عليه، مع شروح واستقصاءات لظاهرة النبوة وتحليلات لسيرته من القرآن، ودراسة للأحاديث وما تمتاز به وتتناوله مع التنبيه إلى مفردات شخصيته وحياته وكمالاته ومجريات مولده وملابسات اسمه ونسبه، والوحي الذي كان ينزل عليه بالقرآن، ودعوته وما جرى له ثم هجرته وحياته في المدينة وتحولها إلى عاصمة للدعوة، ببناء مسجده فيها وابتداء زواجه، وأحداث غزواته وسلاحه العسكري، وتفرده بتكتيكاته واستراتيجياته، وتنزل القرآن المدني عليه بالتشريعات والتكليفات، وحنكته السياسية، والبحث في أصول اقتصاده النبوي ونظرياته العلمية، وظاهرة أحاديثه وخطبه ووصاياه وشمولها، وطرقه العلمية في الطب وأصوله، ودعواته وبلاغتها وأحلامه وتفسيرها ومعجزاته، كذلك أسماء القبائل والبلاد في أحاديثه وما أضاف من مصطلحات أنشأها أو أضاف إليها وتنتهي الموسوعة بباب عنوانه: هكذا علمنا رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) والرد في كل ذلك على شبهات المنافقين، وإشكالات المحاربين، والدفاع عن الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بموضوعين وبالإحالة إلى التوراة والإنجيل.
