نشأته
مصطفى حجازي من مواليد القاهرة، وحاصل على دكتوراة الفلسفة في الهندسة والإدارة الإستراتيجية للأزمات من جامعة جنوب كاليفورنيا. عمل استاذا للإدارة والفكر الإستراتيجي والتطور المؤسسى في جامعة جنوب كاليفورنيا. وهو عضو مؤسس بالمعهد الإداري لحوكمة الشركات وعضو اللجنة الاستشارية للبنك الدولى وعضو مجلس امناء المؤتمر العالمى الإسلامي للتنمية يعمل مصطفى حجازي في مجال صناعة الفكر، وهو مؤسس مركز متخصص في الفكر الإستراتيجي، وشركة تعمل في مجال الحوكمة، وتطوير مؤسسية الشركات، والكيانات الصغيرة، ويشمل مجال عمله تقديم خدمات إستراتيجية، لتطوير الكيانات والمجتمعات.

Book Description
يقدّم هذا الكتاب منظوراً تكاملياً حديثاً لفهم خصائص جنوح الأحداث وإحتياجاتهم الرعائية والتأهيلية.
وهو منظور يطرح فلسفة في الرعاية تتحوّل من العقاب والوصمة الإجتماعية إلى التأهيل والتمكين وإستعادة الإعتبار الإنساني والتصالح مع الذات والأسرة والمجتمع، وإكتساب الأهلية الإجتماعية.
يتكوّن هذا العمل من ثلاثة أقسام تتكامل فيما بينها، يعرض أولها لفئات جنوح الأحداث وخصائص كل منها ومدى حاجتها إلى التأهيل والتمكين.
ويعرض القسم الثاني لأبعاد عماد التقويم الشامل لوضع الحدث في مشكلاته وإمكاناته وصولاً إلى تكوين الملف الذي يشكّل مرتكز وضع السياسة الرعائية الخاصة به، ويعرض القسم الثالث لأساليب الرعاية وبرامجها التي تعالج المشكلات وتطلق طاقات النماء والإنغراس الإجتماعي.
وينتهي بخلاصة تطرح مقوّمات تمهين العمل مع الأحداث الجانحين لجهة الإعداد العلمي والمسار المهني.
