لذا يستوجب علينا العمل وبشكل حثيث لبناء تلك مؤسسات المعلومات في مؤسساتنا العلمية ولا سيما الجامعات لتحصل على إحتياجاتها من المعلومات وتكون قادرة على اللحاق بركب التطور العلمي، تدريب الكوادر المكتبية في مختلف مؤسسات الدولة ومن بينها الجامعات على تقنيات المعلومات التي تعمل بها تلك مؤسسات المعلومات ليكونوا في المستوى الذي يتلاءم مع متطلبات المرحلة.
