يمكن لغسقه أن يستمر لأطول من يومه كله، لأن موته، علي قدرته علي الموت، وفي عدم قدرته علي قياس نفسه بالنسبة للأصل الجوهري للعمل. الذات الفنية دون محتوي هي الآن قوة النفي الخالصة التي تؤكد نفسها في كل مكان وزمان بوصفها الحرية المطلقة التي تعكس نفسها في وعي ذاتي خالص.
