مرت عدة أيام، وشئ ما أتى بى ثانية إلى دار المخطوطات . ولكن فى هذه المرة كان هدفى محددًا وواضحًا. كنت أحتاج إلى مساعدة مباشرة. كنت اعرف أن هناك أسرارا لكتابة المخطوطات . ويمكن أن أقول إنه من المستحيل إيجاد شخص يقرؤها أو حتى يعرف - بإتقان - الخط العربى .... والحق ، أننى لم أتمكن من المشاركة فى قراءة المخطوط حتى النهاية، وعندما كانت تلك الفتاة تقدم لى الأوراق المرتبة المكتوبة بالأبجدية اللاتينية تمتمت بكلمات لم أتبينها ردًا على شكرى لها ، فاعتبرت هذا استنكارًا خفيا . أما هى فاستدارت فجأة وقالت لى بصوت واضح : "إن كنت تهتم بزلزال غنجة، لا يوجد فى المخطوط ما يير إلى هذا الموضوع ، فموضوع المخطوط يتحث عن شئ آخر.
