Book Description
تعدّ مسرحية "الشقيقات الثلاث" من روائع الكاتب الروسي "انطون تشيكوف" والتي مُثلت على المسرح في عام 1958، واستقبلت بهتافات هستيرية في أول عرض لها، وخصوصاً عندما ظهر تشيكوف على المسرح في آخر فصولها.
تدور أحداث المسرحية في منطقة ريفية خارج روسيا في منزل آل بروزرف. الجنرال العسكري الذي ترك بعد وفاته ثلاث بنات وولداً، (أولغا - ماشا – إيرينا – وأندريه) وبعد حادثة وفاة الأب امتلأت حياة الأولاد بالعقبات والمشاكل وعانوا الحرمان بصنوفه، وخلا المنزل من حكمة الأب وحسن إدارته لمشاكل الحياة اليومية.
وفي "الشقيقات الثلاث" يلعب القدر بحياة العائلة؛ فالإبنة الكبرى لم تتزوج، وتعاني الكثير من المشاعر القاسية، بينهما الوسطى على شفى مرحلة العنوسة، مهددة بها إن لم تتزوج الشاب القبيح الهيئة والسلوك الذي تقدم للزواج بها، ولا تحبه، فيما كانت الإبنة الصغرى متزوجة، إلا أنها لا تقل عن أخواتها بمشاعر الحرمان واليأس، بسبب بُعد زوجها العاطفي عنها.
في هذا الإطار يعكس تشيكوف المشاعر السلبية التي تسيطر على الإنسان في حال لم يحقق ما يصبوا إليه من خلال العاطفة، فنرى البنت الكبرى "أولغا" تشكو من الصداع والنفور من عملها، بعد أن تركت الأسرة مدينة موسكو وانتقلت إلى إحدى المدن الريفية، تقول: "أحسست يوماً بعد يوم أن عافيتي وشبابي ينزفان مني نقطة إثر نقطة. بينما تعبّر الوسطى "ماشا" عن أحوالها قائلة: "خير للمرء أن يكون ثوراً أومجرد حصان، لا يهم أيهما طالما كان قادراً عن العمل، من أن يكون امرأة شابة تصحو في الثانية عشرة وتشرب قهوتها في الفراش، وتنفق ساعتين في ارتداء ثيابها". أما "إيرينا" الفتاة الصغرى، فبالرغم من أنه لم تتعد سنوات شبابها الأولى بعد، فهي تشعر بمرارة وألم كبيرين لأنها لم تعرف الحب مع زوجها…
