تجلت في هذا الكتاب حقائق جريئة لمذابح دير ياسين... أسدلت عنها الستائر منعاً من إثارة الرأي العام والشارع السياسي العربي وقد توقع الكاتب انهيار الكيان الصهيوني في حقبة تاريخية ليست ببعيدة، لأن ما يبنى على باطل فهو باطل.
شعار طرح في مدينة نيويورك سنة 1948 يحثّ الأميركيين على التبرع للصهاينة في فلسطين من أجل الإمعان في إبادة العرب وتهجيرهم من أرضهم. وقد أثار المؤلف لورانس غريزوولد الوحشية التي مارسوها تحقيقاً لهدفهم في إقامة دولتهم على أنقاض دولة وشعب حي، وأثاره أكثر أن لا يسمع الأميركيون غير وجهة النظر الصهيونية، فقام برحلة إلى مختلف الدول العربية؛ وخطّ على أثرها مؤلّفه هذا.
كان للكتاب وقع السلاح المدمّر على الصهاينة الأميركيين، فأعوزوا إلى حكومة إسرائيل التي أوعزت إلى جميع سفاراتها ومفوضياتها في الخارج بأن تصادر الكتاب من الأسواق وتتلف نسخه.
في الكتاب حقائق مذهلة لم تنشر من قبل عن مذبحة دير ياسين وغيرها من القرى العربية، وأسرار تُلقي الضوء على الكارثة الفلسطينية. وفي خاتمة الكتاب ما يشبه النبوءة عن المؤلف الأميركي مفادها "أن إسرائيل لن تعمّر طويلاً، وإذا سُمح لها بذلك، فعندئذ يكون بقاؤها على قيد الحياة أعجوبة شريرة.
