ما سعي إليه والبحث هو دراسة الفتوة العربية كتنظيم شعبي عسكري موحد، ظهرت أصوله المبرمجة المعلنة في سلوك الدولة في فترة عصر الناصر لدين الله العباسي عام 604هـ/1207م، حيث استطاع، هذا الخليفة أن يجمع التراث العربي كافة في الفتوة ومظاهر المزيفة الطائشة للفتوة سواء في (فتوة الصوفية) وتنوعاتها ومظاهرها الدينية الهائمة و(فتوة العيارين والشطار).. وكذلك ما صدر عنه في جمع هذه المظاهر كخطوة أساسية رئيسة على توحيد (الفتوة العربية) من خلال (الإعلان الرسمي)، وفرض سيطرة الدولة في الداخل (العراق)، وفي الولايات العربية الأخرى التي تحكم باسم دولته، كالإمارة الأيوبية في بلاد الشام ومصر، ودولة المماليك.
ثم يورد أهم آثار الفتوة العربية الشعبية في مظاهر الفروسية الغربية في المدة التي أشرنا غليها سلفاً، ويدرج أهم المظاهر الشعبية للفتوة من الألعاب، والملابس، ومسائل الفتوة، والشد والتكميل، وشعار الفتوة، إلى غير ذلك من المظاهر التي أصبحت من تقاليد الفتوة العربية الرسمية التي تستخدم في تنظيمات الدولة الشعبية العسكرية.
