هناك بعض الصعوبات التي تصادف طلاب العلم والمعرفة حين القراءة أو الكتابة، وذلك من حيث الرسم الإملائي للكلمات أو نطقها، بالإضافة إلى قواعد إستعمال علامات الترقيم كالفصلة والفصلة المنقوطة وسواهما، ويتصل بتلك الصعوبات الأخطاء التي يقعون فيها حين استعمال الألفاظ والجمل على نحو ما، ويتبين- فيما بعد- أن هذا الإستعمال خطأ، وغيره هو الصواب، وقد فكرنا في وضع كتاب يحاول التغلب على تلك الصعوبات وتذليلها قدر المستطاع فكانت فكرة هذا الكتاب الذي أطلقنا عليه اسم "فن الكتابة الصحيحة" وقد عالجنا فيه ثلاثة موضوعات هي: (قواعد الإملاء، علامات الترقيم، الأخطاء الشائعة، لغة الإعلانات الصحفية)، وفي نهاية الكتاب جمعنا قدراً لا بأس به من روائع الشعر والنثر تساعد في تثقيف اللسان، ونشير إلى أن القارئ الكريم يجد في بداية كل موضوع تمهيداً يعرض لأهميته في اللغة العربية، وبعد فهذه محاولة قمت بها جاداً مخلصاً فإن كانت نافعة فبها ونعمت، وإن كانت الأخرى فلا يكلف الله نفساً إلا وسعها.
