في هذا الكتاب للمحاضر /عبد اللطيف السيد، الذي سبق له إصدار كتاب المنهج الإسلامي فى علم مختلف الحديث، وكتاب التوسل بالأولياء وقد عرض المؤلف لحقوق المراة بطريقة موضوعية مسلسلة بداية من ماكنتها فى الجاهلية إلى أهميتها فى الإسلام، وفي صناعة الإنسان المسلم القوى ومشاركتها للرجل فى بناء الحضارة الإسلامية، منتهيا بحقوق الزوج على زوجته. وقد أمتاز الكتاب برواية الأحاديث الصحيحة فقط مع نقد الأحاديث الضعيفة التى تهضم حق المرأة، كما تميز الكتاب بالفصل والحسم في القضايا الخطيرة المختلف عليها فى تنظيم الأسرة، واشترط الولى والإعلام لصحة العقد، والزواج العرفي، وتحريم ختان المرأة لضعف أحاديثه وخطأ رواية الإمام مسلم، وغيرها من القضايا، وكان فصل حقوق الجماع بين الزوجين غاية في الأدب النبوى العفيف، وهو مادة أساسية للثقافة الجنسية للجميع والكتاب يعد إضافة جديدة للمكتبة العربية.
