التعليقات المهمة لمعاني المقدمة إن تلاوة كتاب الله تعالى كما أنزل، من أعظم الطاعات وأعلاها، وأجلّ القربات وأسناها، ولا يكون ذلك إلا بمراعاة قواعد التجويد، من تفخيم وترقيق، وإظهار وتشديد.
وقد ألَّف في فن التجويد جماعة أذاعوا طيب نشره أيّ إذاعة، فكان من أرفع ما ألّفوه، وأنفع ما تداوله الطلبة وألِفوه، الأرجوزة المسماة: بــ "المقدمة فيما على قارئ القرآن أن يعلمه" لشيخ الإسلام والمسلمين وأستاذ القراء والمحدثين أبي الخير محمد ابن محمد بن محمد ابن الجزري الشافعي (المتوفى سنة 833هـ) طيب الله ثراه، ولأهميتها فقد وُضع عليها شروح كثيرة، ولكن أغلبها اشتمل على عبارات صعبة على المبتدئين كما لا يخفى على من مارس هذا الفن من البارعين.
لذا، فقد قام مؤلف كتابنا هذا الموسوم بــ "التعليقات المفهمة لمعاني المقدمة" بوضع شرح عليها يحل ألفاظها، ويبيّن مُرادها، ويبرز دقائقها، ويقيد مطلقها، ويفتح مغلقها.
