كما يستهدف المؤتمر التخطيط بعيد المدي لربط التعليم بالقضايا الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية والسياسية العربية والعلمية، وبحث الرؤى المستقبلية لتطوير التعليم العربي وتحسين قدراته التنافسية، ولا يخفي علي حضرتكم أن قضية التعليم تحتاج إلي جهد علمي كبير لتقويم مسيرته وتصويب مساره، حتي لا ينحرف إلي تحقيق اهداف غريبة عن مجتمعاتنا العربية ويتغاضي عن رسالته الأكاديمية النبيلة.
ومن هنا فن مثل هذا المؤتمر يمثل خطوة علي طريق طويل من الجهود التي يجب أن تبذل من أجل تحقيق التعليم أهدافه ويؤدي رسالته ويمارس دوره التنموي بتمكن.
