إن الناظر إلى أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بعين التأمل والتدقيق يستطيع أن يقول -فى عموم وإطلاق-: إن هذه الشريعة قد أتت بما يناسب الناس جميعاً على اختلاف أجناسهم، وأمكنتهم، وأزمانهم، وأنها ما شرعت إلا لتحقيق مصالح العباد فى العاجل والآجل.
ولذا نقول: إن الشريعة الإسلامية قد أحرجت القوانين الوضعية، وعلماء الإجتماع والإقتصاد، ورواد الإصلاح والفلاسفة، وكل الذين أرادوا أن ينهضوا بمجتمعاتهم بعيداً عن تعاليم هذه الشريعة وأحكامها وآدابها، إذ كل النظم التى وضعوها لم تزد العباد إلا مشقة وعناءً، وهذا على النقيض تماماً من تشريع الأحكام الشرعية التى ما جاءت إلا لتحقيق مصالح العباد ورفع الحرج والعنت عنهم.
