"أحمد بن يحي بن محمد التلمساني الونسريشي" فقيه عاش في الفترة الزمنية الواقعة ما بين عام 1430 والعام 1508 ميلادية ، وهي فترة شهدت الفصول النهائية من مأساة الأندلسي الأليمة.. ففي هذه السنوات وصلت الأحزان إلى قمتها، وغابت شمس الإسلام عن أرض الأندلس التى طالما أنارته بحضارة لا يطويها النسيان. وهذه الأثناء هى التى صنف فيها هذا الفقيه فتواه في تلك المخطوطة التى قام بتحقيقها العالم والمؤرخ الكبير الدكتور " حسين مؤنس" ، وهو في عمله هذا لا يقصد الفتوى الدينية ومناقشتها من جانبها الديني، وإن كان قد ألمح في مقدمته إلى جمود فكرها وظلمها البين لمسلمى الأندلسي.. ولكنه قام بتحقيقها وعرضها لأهميتها كوثيقة تاريخية تخبرنا بالكثير عن تلك الحقبة وحال المسلمين والعلماء ونصيبهم من العلم والذي توقف عند حدود الجمع والحفظ والتكرار- على حد قول أستاذنا الكبير "حسين مؤنس" آنذاك، كما انه يستكمل بعمله ما قدمه سابقوه من تحقيق وعرض آنذاك، كما انه يستكمل بعمله ما قدمه سابقوه من تحقيق وعرض آنذاك، كما انه يستكمل بعمله ما قدمه سابقوه من تحقيق وعرض مبتور لها، لم يتجاوز عنوانها والسؤال الوارد فيها في أحسن الأحوال.
