خصص البحث التالى لقضايا بناء النص فى اللغة الألمانية, ولما كان الكلام والكتابة هما فى المقام الأول شكلين لحدث بين عدة أشخاص, أى حدث اجتماعى فإننا ننطلق هنا من محاولة لحوار نقدى مع نظريات الفعل الكلامى (لأوستن وسيرل) ونظريات الحدث الكلامى (لفوندرليش), ونناقش فى الفصل الثانى من عملنا مشكلات مهمة حول العلاقة بين الأنماط الرئيسة لوقائع التواصل وما تسمى أنواع النص.
وفى الفصل الثالث من هذا العمل نقدم بوجه خاص تعريفات مختلفة للنص, وتناقش كذلك القضايا الأساسية لنحو النص ودلالته وبراجماتيته.
وفى الفصل الرابع نتناول "المقولات النصية" المفصلة للغة الألمانية, وهنا توضح وتوصف ضمن ذلك أوجه الأداء للأشخاص النحويين والأزمنة والصيغ النحوية المشكلة للنص ومايسمى التضافر الاسمى أيضا, من خلال أمثلة نصية مختارة.
وقد خصص الفصل الخامس لمشكلات الدمج الاسمى-اللفظى للنص, وأخيرا نحاول فى الفصل السادس بواسطة مقارنة الترجمة أن نظفر بنظرة أولية فى- إشكالية "تشكيل النص فى أثناء عملية الترجمة", وينبغى الآن أن يفهم هذا البحث فى المقام الأول على أنه دعوة للاستكمال, بل على أنه أيضا إجازة لتصحيح مجموعة المفاهيم المطروحة هنا.
