التعليق على قانون الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية الجديد رقم 84 لسنة 2002 ومذكرته الإيضاحية ولائحته التنفيذية الصادرة بقرار وزير التأمينات والشئون الاجتماعية رقم 178 لسنة 2002 الصادرة في 23/10/2002 والمبادئ القانونية التي قررتها المحكمة الدستورية العليا والمحكمة الإدارية العليا ومحكمة النقض المصرية بشأن الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية ولائحته التنفيذية وذلك فيما يلي : أولاً : التعليق على القانون رقم 84 لسنة 2002 بإصدار قانون الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية الجديد ومذكرته الإيضاحية وأهدافه ومضمونه وإجراءات تأسيس الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية وحلها ومشكلاتها وأجهزتها المختلفة . ثانياً : الأصول التشريعية لقرار وزير التأمينات والشئون الاجتماعية رقم 178 لسنة 2002 الصادر في 23/10/2002 بإصدار اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية الجديد رقم 84 لسنة 2002 . ثالثاً : المبادئ القانونية التي قررتها المحكمة الدستورية العليا والمحكمة الإدارية العليا ومحكمة النقض المصرية بشأن الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية.
