ومن أجل أن يكون هذا الكتاب ذا قيمة نقدية فعلية، فقد قدم له بمدخل وتمهيد بين ما هي البرمجة اللغوية العصبية، وما هو تأريخها، وكيف نشأت، وكيف انتشرت، بعد ذلك انتقل للورقة الأولى هي للشيخ ميثم السلمان حيث قدمها في مؤتمر الشرق الأوسط الأول للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية ما لها وما عليها، أما المبحث الثاني فقد كان تعليقاً على ما ورد في ورقة الدكتور محمد التكريتي وهو غني عن التعريف في هذا المجال، أما البحث الثالث فهو لسماحة الشيخ محمد سند، وأضيف لهذه البحوث الخاصة بالبرمجة اللغوية العصبية مبحثاً رابعاً وهو عبارة عن لقاء صحفي في عام 2003 مع الدكتور محمد التكريتي، والشيخ ميثم السلمان، تناول فيه مسألة طرحت مؤخراً وهي ما يطلق عليه "علم الطاقة" وعلاقته بالبرمجة اللغوية العصبية.
