حاولت جاهدا في هذه الموسوعة أن أوفر على هؤلاء العلماء مشقة البحث في قانونهم وما تعلق به من فتاوي وأحكام لكي يصلوا إلى المعلومة في يسر وسهولة - نظرا لخلو المكتبات من مرجع في شئون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئات البحثية- وقد جمعت فيها كل ما تعلق بقانون تنظيم الجامعات من فتاوى وأحكام، علاوة على نصوص القانون ولائحته التنفيذية وفق آخر تعديل حتى يناير 2003، وآثرت عدم اللجوء للشرح تاركا الشرح لفتاوى الجمعية العمومية، وأحكام المحكمة الإدارية العليا، وتقدم المعلومة خالصة دون تدخل برأى، قد يحتمل الخطأ أ الصواب، فهو ليس مؤلف بقدر ما هو جمع لمعلومات متناثرة ، للتسهيل على ذوي الحاجة في هذا الشأن، وأرجو أن تكون هذه اللبنة هى بداية موسوعة صخمة، تزداد سنة بعد أخرى ، ليجد فيه صفوة مجتمعنا ، ما يسد حاجتهم.
