رسم على الجدار أو مايعرف بفن"الجرافيتى"كان عاملا اساسيا فى إيصال صوت الغاضبين من المصريين قبل واثناء ثورة 25 يناير المجيدة،وتلك الرسومات لم تكن رسائل فقط للتعبير عن غضب جماعى طال ولكنها بمثابة شاهدا على أيام مجيدة عاشها الثوار وصرخات مدوية ضد الظلم وتعبيرا عن الغضب ضد كل من جرف ثروات ارض الكنانةو رسالة حب لهذا الوطن الذى يعيش بداخلنا جميعا مهما أوذينا من أجله ،وووفاء لمن ضحوا بأرواحهم لنحيا نحن فى كرامة وننعم بنسمات الحرية التى غابت عنا طويلا،ولقد أسعدنا الدكتور احمد سليم بكتابه المهم "جرافيتى شاهد على الثورة"ليكون توثيقا من كتاب اليوم لصوت الثوار الذى هز عرش المخلوع مبارك ودوى ازيره فى كل انحاء البلاد بكل الوسائل ومنها هذا الفن الجميل الشعبى والذى تعرض للآسف للمحو من الجدران ولكن بفضل الله كان قد تم توثيقه كاملا على يد الفنان احمد سليم،وثيقة فنية نقدمها بكل سعادة لكل الأجيال لنتعرف على نبض الثوار ليس فى مصر فقط ولكن فى دول الربيع العربى تونس وليبيا وسوريا الحبيبة حماها الله وسائر بلدان العالم.
