جماعة من البشر يقتلون الناس بغير حق، بل محض الفساد فى الأرض وقد خرجوا عن السواد الأعظم للمسلمين وخراجوا عن منعج الله. سبحانه وتعالى. فيرى هؤلاء أن الجهاد يعنى قتل المخالف واسره ولا يدركون أن الجهاد مفهوم شامل لا يقتصر على القتال فضلا عن القتل فالجهاد فى الاسلام هو بذل القدرة والمجهود فى تحصيل كل ما يرضى الله من أخلاق وأفعال ودفع كل ما يغضب الله والجهاد بالقتال أحد اشكال الجهاد وليس هو الجهاد بمفهومه الشامل أما اختزال مفهوم الجهاد من المعنى الشامل الذى يستوعب كل جوانب العبادة والحياة إلى الجهاد الصغر فقط من القتال الى القتل فهو من خصائص فكر المرجفين غير أن هناك خصائص أخرى نرى أن أهمها أولا: عدم إدراك الواقع فهم لا يرون أن تغير الزمان والمكان يؤثر فى الحال ويغير الأوضاع وينسون أن المؤمن ينبغى أن يكون مدركا لشأنه عالما بزمانهن ثانيا: المشرب المتشدد فى فهم ما عرفوه من معلومات ثالثا: الإحباط واليأس والشعور بالظلم. رابعا : التفكير السطحى سواء فى فهم النص أو إدراك الواقع أو الجسر الواصل بينهما.
