هذا هو كتاب (تجريد التوحيد) أو (تجريد التوحيد المفيد) كما ذكر مؤلفه الإمام تقى الدين أحمد بن المقريزي، الإمام العلامة رحمه الله تعالى رحمة واسعة، ويتناول هذا السفر الممتع- على صغر حجمه- دقائق ولطائف غاية في الأهمية، مدارها على التنبيه ولفت الأنظار إلى أهمية وخطورة التوحيد الخالص المحصن للمسلم.
والإسلام في حقيقته قول وعمل، يزيد وينقص، يصبح الرجل مؤمناً ويمسى كافراً، ويمسى كافراً ويصبح مؤمناً على ما ورد في الحديث عن سيدنا رسول الله "صلى الله عليه وسلم"، إن التوحيد الخالص غير المشوب هو طوق النجاة للمسلمين، وهو أن لا يكون ممذوقاً ولا مقدوحاً في سلامته.
وكل توحيد مشوب بالمدخولات أو مشفوع بما يتعارض مع صفاته وخلوصه يكون مردوداً ولا نفع ولا جدوى بل يكون وبالاً وهوانا على صاحبه، أعاذنا الله تعالى من ذلك بمنه وكرمه وبره وإحسانه.
إن بحث المقريزي عن التوحيد بهذه الطريقة الدقيقة ليبرز لنا صورة الرجل العلمية الدقيقة التي تخفي على كثير من الناس، وإن هذا الخير دليل على إحاطته الموسوعية بعلم الفلسفة والعقيدة لما انطوى عليه بحثه من أمور يتعلق بهذه وتلك.
والمقريزي متمسك بالكتاب والسنة ولا يند ولا يجمح إلى آراء غريبة ولا قراءات شاذة، بل يستشهد بنصوص القرآن الكريم، وباحاديث المعصوم "صلى الله عليه وسلم".
