كتاب وثائقي - روائي عن رحلات قوارب الموت التي انطلقت من شواطئ تركيا إلى أرخبيلات اليونان سنة 2015 مما يجعل التعبير الأدبي عنها مثل تميمة مرصودة لا يمكن النفاذ إليها أو التفريط بها إلا بإعادة كتابتها، وهي هنا رحلة المؤلف الشخصية من ضمن رحلات أحد أكثر شعوب المنطقة ميلاً للإستقرار، حتى أنه برحلاته تجاوز تلك الأسطورة التي حيكت من حول إله البحر فوسيدون الذي يغضب على الإنسان الأرضي أوديسيوس، فيحكم عليه بالفناء المائي وبقائه محكوماً بالماء إلى الأبد.
فوسيدون، أو ما بقي منه لا يبدو معنياً هنا بالتيه في مياه البحر، بالرغم من أن السلطات اليونانية أطلقت عمليات بحرية ضخمة باسمه لتحدّ من تدفق اللاجئين عليها من مدن وشعاب تركيا المختلفة: مرمريس، بودروم، أزمير، كوشتاديسي، وأسماء مدن كثيرة أخرى ستعلق بذاكرة المؤلف، وذاكرة كل من وطأ هذه البقاع المستحيلة بقدميه.
ركوب القارب المطاطي أو "البلم" يذكّر بالأسطورة الرومانية التي تقول إن على الموتى أن يعبروا نهر ستايكس بقوارب خاصة بهم، وعليهم أن يتزودوا بالمال من أجل دفع الأجرة للمشرفين على القوارب، وحتى يسمح الكلب المتوحش سريبيروس للموتى، بالوصول إلى قاضي الموت.
إنه كتاب عن رحلة من رحلات الرعب بعيني روائي وسينمائي تخلى في لحظة طيش عن الصورة السينمائية، ليحلق باللغة كما يريد ويشتهي.
