Book Description
تتشكل المنظمة من أجل تحقيق أهداف معينة، وينتمي الأفراد للعمل في المنظمة من أجل تحقيق أهدافهم الشخصية، ولكي يتمكن كل من الطرفين-المنظمة والأفراد-من تحقيق أهدافها، فإن ذلك يتطلب تحقيق التوافق بين تلك الهداف. وإذا أخذنا بنظر الاعتبار اختلاف أهداف الأفراد، وتغير هذه الأهداف بتغير الظروف، إلى جانب تغير أهداف المنظمة بتغير الظروف أيضاً، فإن ذلك يؤدي لزيادة تعقيد العلاقة بين المنظمة والأفراد العاملين فيها.
وإذا أخذنا بنظر الاعتبار أن مخرجات المنظمة، التي تظهر على شكل تحقيق أهداف الأفراد العاملين فيها، وأن مخرجات الأفراد التي تظهر على شكل تحقيق أهداف المنظمة، فإن ذلك يبين بوضوح العلاقة التبادلية بين المنظمة وبين الأفراد.
وبذلك فإن هذا الكتاب ما هو إلا محاولة للتعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على سلوك الأفراد والجماعات التي تعمل داخل المنظمة، وكيف يؤثر هذا السلوك على العمليات المنظمية، وكيف يمكن للنظام التنظيمي من التأثير على سلوك الأفراد العاملين داخل المنظمة من خلال العلاقات الإدارية وتصميم العمل والثقافة المنظمية. هذا مع الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار أهمية عملية التغيير والتطوير المنظمية التي أصبحت اليوم متطلباً أساسياً لجميع المنظمات بسبب تغير العوامل البيئية المؤثرة على تلك المنظمات.
ونأمل أن يكون هذا الكتاب مفيداً للمدراء المتمرسين والإفراد العاملين في المنظمات، وإلى جميع المختصين الذين يهتمون بسلوك المنظمة بالإضافة إلى الطلبة الدارسين في الجامعات الذين يتوقع لهم أني يحتلوا مواقع إدارية مستقبلاً.
