وفي تناول كل هذا اعتمد منهج الدراسة على الدمج بين المنهجين التاريخي المقارن والتحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج القانوني الذي يعني تفسير المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي وردت في ثناياً هذا الكتاب.
