تبين لى من خلال أبحاثى فى مسائل القانون المدنى، أن هذه الأبحاث لن تكمتل إلا بالتصدى لأحكام القانون رقم 114 لسنة 1946 الخاص بتنظيم الشهر العقارى، ذلك لأن العديد من المنازعات التى تحكمها نصوص القانون المدنى يتوقف حسمها على الوقوف على أحكام قانون الشهر العقارى، سواء ما تعلق منها بالحقوق العينية الأصلية أو الحقوق العينية التبعية والدعاوى المتفرعة عنها جميعها. وقد نهجت فى أبحاثى المتعلقة بأحكام قانون الشهر العقارى، البدء ببيان تطور نظام الشهر موضحاً أحكام كل مرحلة ومناط الاحتجاج بالمحررات التى تم شهرها وفقا لها سواء وفقا للقانون الذى تم الشهر وفقاً له أو وفقا لقانون الشهر العقارى الحالى، ثم تناولت كافة الاجراءات اللازمة لشهر المحرر.
وتيسراً على صاحب الحق، فقد أوردت نماذجا لكافة طلبات الشهر مذيلاً اياها بملاحظات توضح الاجراءات الواجب اتباعها.
