-هذه الدراسة محاولة جادّة، ناقشت قضيّة شائكة في مجال الإقتصاد المعاصر، وهي قضية الكفاءة التّشغيلية والتي تُعدّ إحدى أهم التحدّيات بالنسبة لشركات التأمين التكافلي اليوم والتي ينبغي عليها تحسين أدائها لمواكبة التطوّرات الحديثة وضمان النّمو والإستمرارية والمردودية والفاعلية.
-تناولت الدّراسة مفهوم التأمين التكافلي، مفهوم التنافسية، مفهوم الكفاءة مع ضرورة التمييز بين مختلف أنواعها.
-تهدف هذه الدراسة في قسمها الأول من الجانب التطبيقي إلى تحليل تجارب التأمين التكافلي في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وماليزيا، وتهدف في القسم الثاني إلى قياس وتحليل الكفاءة التشغيلية لمجموعة من شركات التأمين التكافلي ومقارنتها بمجموعة من شركات التأمين التجاري بالسوق الماليزي.
وقد بينت النتائج أن أداء شركات التأمين التكافلي ضعيف مقارنة بمثيلاتها من الشركات التقليدية، حيث لم تحقق أي منها درجة الكفاءة الكاملة.
وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين نسب الكفاءة ومؤشرات تنافسية.
هذا، ونسأل الله سبحانه التوفيق والسّداد في القول والعمل... إنه قريب مجيب...
