قام الشيخ بهاء الدين البيطار بشرح المسائل الثلاث التى خالف فيها الشيخ الجيلى الشيخ ابن عربى وهذه المسائل هى التالية: أولاً: هل علم الله مستفاد من اقتضاء المعلومات أم بعلم أصلى منه تعالى يذهب الشيخ ابن عربى إلى القول بأن علم الله تعالى مستفاد من اقتضاء المعلومات فتكون المعلومات هى التى أعطت الحق العلم من نفسها.
ثانيا: تسمية الله مختاراً. فالشيخ الأكبر محيى الدين يذهب إلى أنه لايجوز أن يسمى الله مختاراً لأنه لا يفعل إلا ما اقتضاه العلم من نفسه، ثالثاً: إيجاد الأشياء من العدم حيث يرى الشيخ الأكبر أن القدرة هى إبراز الأشياء من الوجود العلمى إلى الوجود العينى، وقدم لذلك بمقدمة فى الكلام على الحق تعالى والخلق اللذان هما وجهان من وجوه ذات الله العلية. وختمة فى الكلام على أسماء الله تعالى، وعلى صور من الحقيقة المحمدية، فهذا الكتاب من أفراد الكتب فى نوعه وأندرها وجوداً فى علم الحقائق الإلهية.
