تحدث فيه المؤلف عن أسباب مناهضة السامية الحقيقية منذ القديم حتى العصر الحديث. فتكلم عن الهكسوس والرواقيين وروما وأنطاكية واصطدام الديانة الرومانية باليهودية، ومن ثم بالمسيحية، ثم اصطدام الكنيسة في القرن الثامن باليهودية, ثم تحدث عن محاكم التفتيش عن اليهود وتعذيبهم وقتلهم رداً على ما كانوا يفعلون من جرائم لعل أبسطها تسميم المياه كي يموت المسيحيون في الغرب... ثم فصّل الأدب المناهض لليهودية, ثم تحدث عن الثورة الفرنسية والثورة الروسية وأثر اليهود فيهما... وفصل المؤلف في حديثه عن العرق اليهودي وعن القومية ومناهضة السامية وعن الروح الثورية في اليهودية... وعن اليهود وتحولات المجتمع. وختم كتابه بالحديث عن مصير مناهضة السامية (إنه كاتب يهودي حيادي يفضح اليهودية)...
