Philippe Ardant (†) a été professeur émérite de l’Université de droit, d’économie et de sciences sociales de Paris II, dont il à été Président de 1993 à 1997, il a enseigné aussi à l’institut d’Ètudes Politiques de Paris il a créé en 1977 la revue Pouvoirs.
Il a assure des fonctions diplomatiques en Chine et au Maroc et a été Président de l’institut du Monde Arabe à Paris de 1981 à 1985.
Bertrand Mathieu, professeur à l’université Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris I, dirige le Centre de recherches de droit constitutonnel Président de l’Association francaise de droit contitutionnel, il a été member de la Commission Avril sur le statut penal du chef de l’Ètat (2002) et du Comite Balladur chargé de proposer une révision de la Constitution (2007).
