لقد عاشت بلادنا في ظل الحكم الإسلامي منذ الفتح الإسلامي لها، وظل أهلها منذ ذاك يحتكمون إلى شرع الله تعالى المتمثل في الكتاب والسنة والأحكام التي استمدت منهما باستعمال أصول الفقه وضوابطه وقواعده الكلية التي وضعها الفقهاء المسلمون، مستلهمين الحلول من سوابقهم وسوابق أسلافهم والأشباه والنظائر إذا لم يجدوا في كتاب الله تعالى وسنة نبيه بغيتهم. وقد اجتهدوا في ذلك أيما اجتهاد وصنفوا في أصول التقاضي والأحكام ما عجزت سائر الأمم عن الإتيان بمثله، بل سبقوا إلى تأصيل النظريات القانونية التي يُفاخر القانونيون المعاصرون بتأصيلها وذكرها في كتبهم. وكانت الشريعة الإسلامية هي المصدر الرئيس والأوحد للأحكام لأكثر من ألف وثلاثمائة عام حتى نهاية القرن الماضي حين تزايد النفوذ الأجنبي الذي استهدف إقصاء الشريعة وإفساد المسلمين. فخلال سنوات من هذا النفوذ أُنشئت المحاكم المختلطة ووضعت لها بعض القوانين لتطبقها، وكان ذلك بداية لغزو تشريعي شامل من مصدر أجنبي غير شرعي لا يتصل بانتماء البلاد الإسلامي ولا بخصائصها الثقافية والاجتماعية التي حددت ذاتية البلاد وهويتها الإسلامية بشكل واضح.. وهذا الكتاب ما هو إلا مساهمة في إماطة اللثام عما دار- ويدور- من مؤامرات لإقصاء الشريعة الإسلامية بالكلية من أجل قوانين وأنظمة لا تتصل بانتماء البلاد الإسلامي وبحضارتها وثقافتها الإسلامية.
