ولتحقيق ذلك وُظِّفَت نظرية رأس المال الإجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى أسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية (SEM) لبناء وإختيار نموذج بنائي لدور رأس المال الإجتماعي التنظيمي في تعزيز فعالية هذه الأجهزة، وقد خرج البحث، الذي جاء في خمسة فصول، بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات المهمة التي يمكن أن تسهم في تفعيل المبادرات ذات العلاقة بدور الأجهزة الحكومية في تحقيق رؤية المملكة (2030).
