إن أحسنَ الحديث كلامُ الله تعالى، وخيرَ الهدي هديُ محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وشر الأمور محدثاتها، وكل محدثة بدعة، وكل بدعة ضلالة، وكل ضلالة في النار.
لقد حطّت بي عصا الترحال بأرض دمشق الشام فأقمت بها عشر سنوات، وكنت بفضل الله تعالى ومنّه على موعد مع العلماء الربانيين الذين أنجبتهم أرض الشام المباركة، أمثال النووي وابن القيم وابن تيمية وعبد الواحد المقدسي الدمشقي والعز بن عبد السلام، إلى أن وقفت على تراث الشيخ الفاضل والعالم الهمام "جمال الدين القاسمي الدمشقي" الذي كان طائراً يُغرد في غير سربه، فتح الله تعالى عليه من الفهم في الدين والتصنيف والتأليف، مما جعله يضرب بسهم واسع في شتى الفنون والعلوم.
وقد هيأ الله عزّ وجلّ لي الكوكب المنير والفرقد المضيء "محمد سعيد القاسمي" الذي فتح لي قلبه ومكتبة جدّه العلامة "جمال الدين القاسمي"، فكانت رسالة الماجستير حول شخصية الشيخ جمال الفقهية، وعنونتها بالإختبارات الفقهية للعلامة القاسمي.
ثمّ اطلعت على كتاب الروضة الندية لصديق حسن خان بتعليق الشيخ جمال الدين، فأعجبت به وطفقت أحققه وأردّ بعضه إلى المصادر والمراجع، فأشار عليّ الحفيد حفظه الله تعالى أن أضم إليه تعليقات كل من العلاّمة أحمد شاكر، والعلامة محمد ناصر الدين الألباني، خاصة أن هذا الاخير طلبها في آخر حياته ليضمّها إلى تعليقاته، وها نحن بجهد المقلّ نسلّط الضوء على فهوم وعقول ونباهة ثلاثة من أفضل ما أنجبت مكتبة التراث الإسلامي، حيث تميز كل واحد بأسلوب وطرح علمي وتحقيق شرعي يختلف فيه عن الآخر، بل قلْ: إنّ كل واحد منهم إمتداد للآخر، ويكمّل بعضهم البعض.
ولقد أشرت لكل عالم برمز، فالشيخ جمال الدين أشرت إلى تعليقاته برمز (ق)، والشيخ أحمد شاكر برمز (ش)، والشيخ ناصر الدين برمز (ن).
