يقدم هذا الكتاب قصة واحدة من أهم المعارك الصحفية والسياسية التى أثيرت فى مصر صيف عام 2004، واتهم فيها كاتب ومفكر مصرى معروف هو الدكتور "رفعت سيد أحمد" بمعاداة السامية، لأنه تجرأ وبحث ثم كتب عن "أكذوبة إحراق اليهود فى أفران النازى"، وتجرأ وقال أن "الهولوكست" أن المحرقة الحقيقية هى تلك التى تجرى فصولها الآن فى العراق وفلسطين بأيدى هذا (الغرب) الذى يتألم نفاقاً لما جرى لليهود فى ألمانيا قبل ستين عاماً وادعى فيها انهم عذبوا أو أحرقوا.. أن التعذيب والإحراق الحقيقى - وفقاً للمؤلف - هو الذى يجرى الآن أمام أعيننا للفلسطنيين والعراقيين وسائر أبناء العروبة والإسلام.
قامت الضجة ضد المؤلف بسبب ما كتبه فى الصحافة المصرية، وتحركت المنظمات اليهودية الأمريكية والإسرائيلية وكذلك السفارة الأمريكية فى القاهرة، ومنع الكاتب من الاستمرار فى كتابة مقالة الاسبوعى فى الصحيفة التى نشرت دراسته عن "المحرقة اليهودية المزعومة" ثم أقيل رئيس تحريرها ومع ذلك لم يرض اللوبى اليهودى فى مصر وأمريكا وأجبروا وزير الإعلام المصرى على تقديم اعتذار علنى وفى الصفحة الأولى فى الصحيفى التى نشرت فيها الدراسة، وتوالت ردود الفعل الواسعة وتحركت الصحافة العربية المحترمة دفاعاً عن كرامة الكلمة والبحث العلمى وحرية الكاتب، وتحركت المنظمات الشعبية وقادة الفكر والسياسة، دفاعاً عن كرامة الصحافة المصرية وضد التدخلات السافرة للسفارتين الأمريكية والإسرائيلية، ولا تزال ردود الفعل تترى حتى لحظة صدور هذا الكتاب، حول هذه المعركة بوثائقها الكاملة وردود أفعالها مع دراسة موسعة الأكذوبة الهولوكست، يقدم لنا الكاتب والمفكر السياسى المصرى الدكتور"رفعت سيد أحمد" هذا العمل لهم دفاعاً عن الصحافة والعقل العربى والإسلامى ضد هذا الوهم الكبير الذى بات سيفاً مسلطاً على رقاب الجميع اسمه: سيف العداء للسامية، والناشر يعتز بأن يقدم لأمتنا هذا العمل الوثائقى الكبير إيماناً مكنه بأن المواجهة الفكرية للتحدى الأمريكى الصهيونى المعتدى على أمتنا لا يكون إلا عبر الكلمة الحرة والشجاعة.
