Book Description
إن المعتمد الأول للإباضيّة في الحديث النبويّ هو مسند الإمام الرّبيع بن حبيب الفراهيدي (ت: حوالي 175هـ)، وبالتالي فهم يقدّمونه على ما سواه من مدوّنات الحديث النبويّ الشريف.
ولكن بين الحين والآخر نسمع من البعض ما يشكّك في صحّة هذا المسند، وينفي نسبته إلى الإمام الرّبيع، ويدّعي نسبته إلى الوارجلانيّ مرتّب المسند (ت: 570هــ)، بل هناك من يدّعي إنتحال الإباضيّة المتأخرين لهذا المسند.
لذلك ينبغي إجراء بحوث على المصادر الإباضية ما قبل القرن السّادس الهجريّ، التي اعتمدت هذا المسند كمصدر من مصادر الحديث النبويّ الشّريف، وقد اخترت لهذه الدراسة واحداً من أهم المصادر الإباضيّة - قديماً وحديثاً - وهو كتاب "الجامع" للإمام ابن بركة المتوفّى حوالي سنة 362هــ.
وكان إختياري لجامع ابن بركة لمِا يمتاز به عن غيره من الجوامع المؤلفة في تلك الفترة من إستيعاب لأهمّ المسائل، والإستدلال عليها ومقارنتها بما عند غير الإباضيّة، ووجود الكمّ الكافي للدّراسة من الأحاديث النبويّة، حيث تبيّن أنّ في الكتاب نحواً من 800 حديث منسوب إلى النبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، ونحواً من 300 أثر منسوب إلى من هم قبل الرّبيع من الصّحابة والتّابعين، ونحو ربع تلك الأحاديث والآثار من أحاديث مسند الرّبيع.
لم يكن الغرض من هذه الدّراسة الإنتصار لفكرة بعينها بقدر ما كان الغرض منها هو تحليل النّصوص، وكشف اللّثام عن دلالاتها في إشكالية هذا البحث، لذلك فإنّ هذه الدّراسة لم تنته بإجابات جازمة في كلّ المسائل المثارة، وإنّما أسفرت في بعض الجوانب عن تطلّع إلى مزيد من المعطيات والقرائن لإستيفاء الجواب إثباتاً أو نفياً.
