تمكنت الأدوات التداولية الحديثة المكونة من المتخاطبين وما يربطهم بالزمان والمكان، والسياق التخاطبي، من فرض وجودها كأنها مكونات نواة لا يمكن الحديث عن الخطاب دون توافرها.
وقد انتقلنا من هذه النواة فى تحليل الخطاب السياسي، لنلحقها بمفاهيم مرتبطة بالهدف من التحليل كالافتراضات المسبقة والأقوال المضمرة، والظاهرة الحجاجية وروابطها، وتتبعنا فى ذلك العلامات الخطابية من حيث ممارستها المتداولية، وخطواتها التواصلية، دون غض النظر عما يمكن أن يختلف فيه الخطاب السياسي المحض عن الخطاب السياسي الصحفى، وخاصة المروي منه. لقد تمكنا من رصد الأصول الأولية للنظريتين التواصلية والتداولية محتفظين بطابعهما الغربي، مستندين إلى بعض التصورات العربية التراثية (البلاغية) لنكون بذلك قد ظفرنا بالمعالم الأساسية لنظرية تحليلية تتناسب مع الخطابات التى اخترناها من حيث لغتها وتمثيلها وممارستها.
كما استطعنا من الناحية اللسانية الوقوف عند وظائف اللغة وحدودها، وأن نضمن لتحليل الخطاب السياسي آليات الوصف، والتحليل المرتبطة ببناء الخطابات السياسية، وعلا ئقها الدلالية ومقاصدها التداولية، كما توصلنا إلى توظيف المقاربة التداولية فى فهم تجليات الجانب الخفى والضمني فى الخطاب، وكيفية استثمار المرجعية الرمزية والمعرفية، والثقافية للوصول إلى ما هو مفقود وغائب فى النص السياسي، وفى النص السياسي -الصحفى، وهو ما يتجسد فى الجانب المعرفي.
