إن فقه العبادات مقرر دراسته على طلا كلية الشريعة (قسم الفقه وأصوله) في إحدى جامعات الأردن الشقيق بقسميه رقم (1) ويعني الطهارة والصلاة ورقم (2) ويعني الزكاة والصوم والحج.
وقد أنيط بي تدريس هذه المادة فوجهت الطلاب إلى مراجعة المادة في الكتاب الموسوم (بمختصر القدوري) للإمام أحمد بن محمد القدوري المتوفى 428هـ 1037م والذي إذا أطلق لفظ الكتاب عند الحنفية يراد به هذا المتن وهو من أسبق المتون في فقه المذهب فرأيت من المناسب صياغة هذه المادة على شكل سؤال وجواب على هيئة الإستفتاء وذلك للأسباب الآتية: 1-إذا كانت المادة بهذه الصيغة تكون أوقع في نفس الطالب من قراءتها أو سماعها مجردة عن السؤال، 2-ليسهل على الطالب ضبطها والإجابة عليها عندما يوجه إليه سؤال في الإمتحان، 3-أن الغرض من دراسة هذه المواضيع إجابة المستفتين غالباً، وفي هذه الهيئة يجد المفتي ضالته فهي أسرع تناولاً من قراءة نص الكتاب.
