هذه الموسوعة تتضمن ما يأتي : شرح تأصيلي وتحليلي مقارن للمصطلحات الإنجليزية والفرنسية المستخدمة فى اتفاقيات الجات ومنظمة التجارة العالمية ومشتقاتها ما يقابلها فى اللغة العربية مع شرح تفصيلي لها باللغة العربية وذلك في البنود التالية : أولاً : نصوص الترجمة العربية الرسمية الصادرة عن منظمة التجارة العالمية لاتفاقيات الجات والمطبقة قانونا فى مصر وبعض الدول العربية والتى سوف تطبق مستقبلا على الدول العربية التى ستنضم إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية وشرح النصوص الرسمية المعتمدة قانونا لاتفاقيات الجات ومنظمة التجارة . ثانياً: الأهمية الكبرى للنصوص الإنجليزية الرسمية لاتفاقية الجات ومنظمة التجارة العالمية باعتبار أن اللغة الإنجليزية هي لغة رسمية وهى أكثر اللغات انتشارا. ثالثاً : شرح تأصيلي وتحليلي مقارن للمصطلحات الإنجليزية والفرنسية المستخدمة فى اتفاقيات الجات ومنظمة التجارة العالمية ومشتقاتها ما يقابلها فى اللغة العربية مع شرح تفصيلي لها باللغة العربية وكذلك المصطلحات الاقتصادية والتجارية والقانونية لاتفاقيات الجات ومنظمة التجارة العالمية الواردة فى النصوص الرسمية الإنجليزية والفرنسية والعربية وشرح معانيها واستعمالاتها المختلفة فى اللغات الثلاث.
