لذا فإن موضوع التعويض عن الإصابة الرياضية يثير عدة تساؤلات ومن أهمها: ما المقصود بالإصابة الرياضية من الناحية القانونية؟ وما أسباب وقوعها؟ وما الشروط التى يجب توافرها لعد إصابة اللاعب إصابة رياضية؟ وغيرها من التساؤلات التى نحاول الإجابة عنها فى هذا البحث وفقاً لخطة تقسيمية إلى ثلاث فصول هى كالتالى: الفصل الأول (ماهية الأصابة الرياضية "منشأ التعويض")، الفصل الثانى (التكييف القانونى للمسؤولية الناجمة عن الإصابة الرياضية "أساس التعويض")، الفصل الثالث (مضمون التعويض عن الأصابة الرياضية وضماناته)، ثم خاتمة.
