هذا المؤلف يحتوي على: شرح تفصيلي مقارن لتشريعات الغش الغذائي والتجاري والصناعي في مصر والدول العربية وذلك فيما يلي: أولًا: شرح القانون 48 لسنة 1941 بشأن قمع التدليس والغش المعدل بالقانون 281 لسنة 1994 بالمقارنة بتشريعات الغش الأخرى، شرح جميع الجرائم وأركانها وإجراءات الضبط والإثبات وأحكام العقاب والمسئولية الجنائية المستحدثة للأشخاص المعنوية والجرائم المستحدثة بشأن الغش إهمالًا وشروط انعقاد المسئولية الجنائية عنها، ثانيًا: شرح القانون 10 لسنة 1966 بشأن مراقبة الأغذية وتعديلاته وقوانين الألبان والشاي والبن والمياه الغازية والمثلجات والدخان ودم الإنسان والأغذية الأخرى.
ثالثًا: شرح تشريعات الغش التجاري وهي العلامات التجارية والوزن والقياس والكيل والمعادن الثمينة وبراءات الاختراع والأسماء والدفاتر والسجل التجاري والبيوع التجارية وغيرها، رابعًا: شرح تشريعات الغش الصناعي وهي قوانين تنظيم الصناعة والتوحيد القياسي والكحول والصابون وغيرها، خامسًا: الدفوع الجنائية والمدنية في جميع منازعات وجرائم الغش والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية للجرائم والملاحظات القضائية عليها على ضوء قضاء النقض ومبادئ التفتيش القضائي وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا، سادسًا: جميع أحكام محكمة النقض والإدارية العليا الخاصة بالغش، سابعًا: الصيغ القانونية للأوراق والمنازعات الخاصة بتشريعات الغش.
