اما التزوير بمعناه الخاص فيطلق على تغيير الحقيقة فى المحررات وقد تكلم الشارع المصرى بالباب السادس عشر من الكتاب الثانى من قانون العقوبات على تغيير الحقيقة فى المحررات فى المواد من 211 الى 227 وتكلم فى المواد من 206 الى210 على تقليد الاختام والتمغات والعلامات وغيرها, ودرستنا فى هذا الكتاب ستتناول جرائم التزوير والتزييف فى أقسام ثلاث: القسم الأول:جرائم التزوير فى المحررات, القسم الثانى: جرائم تقليد الاختام والتمغات, القسم الثالث: جرائم التزييف.
