سوف نتوقف عند بعض هذه المشاهد في حياة خلفاء الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام العظام، من خلال نظرة شاملة.. أو من خلال نظرة طائر كما يقولون، وقد سبق أن قدمت دراسة الخلفاء الراشدين، كل واحدة على حدة في كتاب المستقبل، ومن هنا فإني لن أعيد هنا ما كتبته في تلك الدراسات، ولكن سوف أتوقف عند المشاهد والمواقف لهؤلاء الخلفاء العظام تلك المشاهد والمواقف التي غيرت مجرى التاريخ، بجانب الوقوف عند بعض مواطن العظمة فيهم والتي بهرتني وشدتني إلى الكتابة عنهم، حتى يستفيد القارئ ويلم بهذه الأثار العظيمة.. فقد شيد خلفاء الرسول الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام أمجادًا على مستوى ما قدموا من مثل عليا متمثلة في شخصياتهم على المستوى الشخصي، وما قدموه للأمة الإسلامية حين نشروا الحضارة الإسلامية في قارات أسيا وأفريقيا وأوروبا، هذه الحضارة الإسلامية الرائعة التي غيرت خريطة العالم، ونشرت نور العلم والتقدم والمدنية في كل أرجاء الدنيا فكانوا مصابيح نور وهدى أضاءت للبشرية طريقها إلى عالم أكثر تقدمًا ورقيًا وأزالت عن طريقه التخلف والجهل والظلام..
