والإستفادة مأمولةٌ في أن ذلك سيُسْهِم، بلا شَكٍّ، في دعم الحراك المهني للمرأة السعودية في منعطفها التاريخي الحاسم، الذي آثرت فيه الأدوار القيادية على الهامشية، كما ترسم الدراسة بعضاً من ملامح التوجهات المستقبلية المتعلقة بإعداد وتطوير مهارات القيادات النسائية من قبل الجهات المعنية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
